At SIXS, we are committed to ensuring your athletic gear meets your performance standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your SIXS account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the gear is in its original, unwashed condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
